Job Description
  1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and execution of multiple projects.
  2. Responsible for establishing processes to continuously improve team productivity.
  3. Excellent trouble shooting skills & experience in Linux, Unix servers & mainframes.
  4. Mission critical environment, critical customer support, Fault tolerant systems exposure will be an added advantage, handling server farms both primary & DR site.
  5. Should be well versed in ITIL processes, ISO 9000 based service delivery details and should have been certified.
  6. Willing to work at site at odd hours and lead the team by example.

Job Description
  1. Experience in networking design, implementation & maintenance.
  2. Strong knowledge of network & security technologies.
  3. CCNA/ CCNP certified.
  4. Knowledge of the following operating systems : Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Linux OS.
  5. Working knowledge of the following network services :
    HTTP/ S (via IIS & Apache), TCP, UDP, ICMP, SSL, IPsec, 802.1x, VLAN switching, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, SYSLOG, SNMP, and RADIUS.
  6. Knowledge of LAN/ WAN/ WLAN networking design.
  7. Knowledge of VPN gateways and remote access clients.
  8. Sound knowledge of infrastructure like servers, storage, backup devices and anti virus etc will be an added advantage.
  9. VSAT experience is MUST.

Experience : 15-18 yrs
Job Description
  1. IT Infra Management Services experience with ITIL / ISO / TQM certification and practice. Should have at least 5 years experience in managing / heading large mission critical data centre operations as a profit centre.
  2. Must have exposure in designing level 3 or above data centre building blocks and monitoring key matrices with strong emphasis on ISO 27001 / 17799 and other security related standards. Should have excellent vendor management skills including identification , specification finalization , negotiation and post order relationship. Should have expertise in selection and recruitment of key resources needed to manage day to day operations of a data centre and have excellent team management skills.

Location : Mumbai
Experience : 2-3 yrs
Job Description
  1. Strong knowledge in ethical hacking/ pen testing for websites, network & security equipments, windows, linux & sun servers.
  2. Must have a strong understanding of network and application security concepts, best practices and assessment techniques.
  3. Proficiency on Vulnerability Assessment and Network monitoring tools like; SOLARWINDS Lan Surveyor, GFI LanGuard Network Security Scanner, NESSUS Vulnerability Scanner, RETINA Network Security Scanner, METASPLOIT Framework, NMap, NETCAT, ETHEREAL, ETHERCAP, AppScan, Qualys.
  4. Strong knowledge of Antivirus (Symantec, Trend Micro, Mc Afee) and Host based IPS solutions (CISCO, ISS, Mc Afee).
  5. Familiarity with industry standards such as PCI, ISO 27001/27002, and NIST 800-53 is desirable but not required.
  6. Knowledge of VPN gateways and remote access clients.
Desired Profile

  2. Certifications in the area of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing is desirable.
  3. CEH certification will be mandatory.

Job Description
  1. Network and Hardware engineer.
  2. Installation, fault diagnosis and trouble shooting skills on Servers, Desktops, printers and Network devices.
  3. Administration Knowledge on Windows 2000/2003, Windows XP and 98.
  4. Worked on LAN, WAN , TCP/IP based networks etc.
  5. Worked on n/w switches, routers and configuration of the same.
  6. Worked on Network security devices, Antivirus management, software installations.
  7. Monitoring of leased lines, coordination with telecom partners.
  8. Maintaining call escalation reports and network uptime reports.
  9. Knowledge on n/w monitoring tools & its usage would be preferable.

Desired Profile
  1. CCNA/MCSE preferable.
  2. Presentable & good communication skills (both written & spoken)
