Mr. Ramesh Padmanabhan
Chief Executive Officer

Ramesh has more than 20 years' experience in the Information Technology industry. A veteran in financial services technology solutions he has rich experience in building organizations, growing them and taking them to the international markets.

Prior to joining NSE.IT he was with MphasiS which he joined at its inception and has played a key role in the growth of the organization. He has gathered diverse experience working across India, UK and US.

In his earlier role he was with IBM Consulting where he helped organizations in business process optimization, ERP selection, deployment and management of large programs.

While at Kanbay, he held a key role in Hong Kong and then helped them set up the offshore unit at Pune. He started his technology career with Tata Unisys and was a member of the team which embarked upon one of the first off shoring forays into France for Tata Unisys. He has rich and varied experience in information technology solutions and applications especially for the Financial Services industry.

Mr. Shailesh Chitre
Sales & Marketing

Shailesh is responsible for sales and marketing activities in the organization.

He has a total of 20 plus years of sales / business development experience in the Indian capital markets space. His deep understanding of capital markets and relations with the market intermediaries helps the organization in addressing the needs of our valued customers.

He has worked with Asian CERC IT Ltd., Business Standard and Vans Information Ltd. in the past.

Mr. Vinay Patkar
Strategic Initiatives

Mr. Vinay Patkar is responsible for developing long term growth strategies for the organization. As part of this role he is always on the lookout for identifying new areas of growth. He heads the Strategic Initiative function for the organization. Before joining NSE.IT, he has worked with several large companies in India and abroad that include TELCO, DEC, Godrej, Mastek and i-flex Solutions.

He has 30 years of rich experience in the IT industry, in the areas of banking, finance, MIS, inventory, automotive service industry, healthcare, wealth management, business intelligence and customer relationship management for banks. A B.Tech, from IIT Kanpur and PGDM, from IIM Calcutta, he has managed large delivery teams engaged on multiple software projects as well as Business Development teams for Domestic and International Business.

Mr. Manoj Uppal
Software Delivery & Corporate Quality

Mr. Manoj Uppal heads the Software Delivery Organization .He is also responsible for the entire spectrum of quality initiatives in the organization, including independent software testing.

He comes with a rich and diverse experience of 25 years spanning System Control and Automation, Software Services, Telecom OSS and BSS software product development and Telecom Service provider industries, handling Software Development & Management, Quality Engineering and Quality Consulting. He also has extensive implementation experience of ISO 9001, SW-CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma and other quality frameworks. He has also handled international quality consulting assignments in Europe, Canada and South Africa.

Earlier, he has worked with leading organizations such as Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Patni Computer Systems, Zensar Technologies and Reliance Infocomm

Mr. Anand Pachchhapur
Online Examinations

Mr. Anand Pachchhapur has over two decades of experience in IT and IT-related services. During his long association with NSE.IT, he has held varied responsibilities such as Customer Service, Product Support, Product Development & Quality, Managed Services, IT Setup, E-learning, Content Development, Stratus FT Implementation, ISMS for broker segment, thinktank initiative etc. He is overall responsible for online examination services, which is one of the major thrust areas for the organization.

Prior to NSE.IT, he has worked with Dynalog India and Melstar Information Technologies.

He has expertise in both software and hardware domains. He has proven proficiency in PC-based instrumentation, digital signal processing and microcontroller/ microprocessor-based applications, amongst others. His experience spans various areas such as product research and development, manufacturing, Application Engineering, Customer Service and facilities Management.

Mr. V Rajaraman
Infrastructure Management Services

Mr V Rajaraman heads the IMS group and is responsible for delivering end to end IT Infrastructure solutions.

He has over 30 years of IT and ITeS Delivery and Project Management experience. He has implemented ISO 9001, TQM and Malcolm Baldrige based Business Excellence Processes. He has also deployed ITIL based processes for Service Excellence. He has traveled to USA, UK, Singapore, Thailand, Middle East and Australia on various assignments.

Prior to joining NSE.IT, he has worked with leading IT organizations in India like CMC Ltd, Patni Computers and Allied Digital.

Mr. Aditya Garg
Testing Services

Aditya heads the business analysis and testing practice.

He comes with a rich experience in leading organizations in their testing and quality initiatives.

Aditya has more than 14 years of IT experience with expertise on establishing and leading testing center of excellence and practices, un-dertaking QA process studies using Six Sigma, CMMi and TMM models, proposing QA solutions, performance engineering and architecture reviews, and Business development. He has architected various frameworks and methodologies in testing, test automation and performance testing areas.

He was earlier heading the testing practice in L&T Infotech where he set up the entire testing practice for the Banking and Financial Services area from scratch.

He is Six Sigma Black Belt, Sun certified Java programmer, ISTQB cer-tified foundation level tester and a Qualified Project Management Pro-fessional. His key area of interest is Agile Project and Test Manage-ment using SCRUM.

He is B.E CSE engineer and MBA finance.

Mr. Kankesh Kamath
Finance & Accounts

Kankesh heads the Finance & Accounts function at NSE.IT. He is also responsible for administration and office facilities.

He has a rich and diverse experience in Finance, Accounting and corporate tax domain covering multiple industry segments viz, hospitality / travel, real estate construction and information technology. He has worked with multi disciplinary teams and has experience of corporate demerger, vendor management, implementation of financial systems and processes. he is also well versed with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and cross border taxation and transfer pricing rules.

He has graduated in commerce discipline and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Prior to joining NSE.IT, he has worked with leading Indian and multi national organizations such as Taj Group, Mahindra Life Spaces and Atos Origin.

Ms. Swati Agarwal
Secretarial & Legal

Swati is a Company Secretary of the organization and looks after the secretarial and legal functions of the Company. Prior to joining NSE.IT she has worked with Zenta (Zenta Inc’s subsidiary), RSM Astute Consulting and Jubilant Organosys Ltd . Apart from handling legal and secretarial functions she has also worked with esteemed lawyers of India. She has handled assignments related to floating of STPI unit, setting up of a SEZ unit, merger and amalgamation and other varied assignments.

She is a law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds a post graduate degree in Commerce.
