Mr. Satish Naralkar
MD & CEO

Mr. Satish Naralkar, the MD & CEO, took on the mantle of leadership of NSE.IT Limited in the year 1999. Under his able guidance, NSE.IT today has become a leading IT services organization in the country. An Engineer by education Satish has earlier worked with some prominent companies in the Indian IT Industry like IBM Aand CMC.

He joined NSE in 1994, soon after its inception. He has been responsible for managing its large IT infrastructure and nation wide electronic trading facility including the world’s largest private interactive VSAT network.

Satish has presented several papers / articles and has participated in panel discussions at national as well as international fora. He is a member of a few core committees constituted for IT reforms.

Over the years, Satish himself has received many honors and accolades. He received the ‘Techies 2000’ award for the “Most Popular CIO of the year 2000” from IS Computerworld, and the “CTO of the year” Citrix-award in 2001.He also received the Data Quest Tribute in the year 2002, as one of the Top 50 IT Indians who contributed to India in last 2 decades.

Mr.C.Kajwadkar
Senior Vice President

Mr.C.Kajwadkar, Senior Vice President, heads the Enterprise Management Services Division. His team is engaged in helping large IT organizations prepare for "Disaster Recovery " and "Business Continuity Planning". The Team provides Consulting Services in the area and also hosts complete BCP/ DR sites for corporates.

CK as he is fondly called,began his career with IBM – WTC in their Customer Engineering Department. In 1977 he joined CMC Ltd. During the association with CMC Ltd. for 19 years, he executed projects in multiple disciplines. Since 1997 he held responsibilities in the Information Technology (IT) Department of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. CK is one of the few CBCP certified professional for BCP in India.

As a Senior Member of NSE.IT, CK has executed projects in Infrastructure Consultancy and Management for large corporate clients such as the Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (CCIL), National Commodities and Derivatives Exchange Ltd. (NCDEX), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL), Income Tax Department (Government of India) and many such prestigious clients.

Mr. Vinay Patkar
Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Mr. Vinay Patkar heads the Sales and marketing function for the organization . Before Comin to NSE.IT , Vinay has worked with several large companies in India and abroad that include TELCO, DEC, Godrej, Mastek and i-flex Solutions .

Vinay has Thirty years of rich experience in the IT industry , in the areas of banking, finance, MIS, inventory, automotive service industry, healthcare, wealth management, business intelligence and customer relationship management for banks. A B.Tech, from IIT Kanpur and PGDM, from IIM Calcutta, Vinay has managed large delivery teams engaged on multiple software projects as well as Business Development teams for Domestic and International Business.

Mr. Manoj Uppal
Vice President - Delivery & Corporate Quality

Mr. Manoj Uppal heads the Software Delivery Organization .He is also responsible for the entire spectrum of quality initiatives in the organization, including independent software testing.

Manoj comes with a rich and diverse experience of 21 years spanning System Control and Automation, Software Services, Telecom OSS and BSS software product development and Telecom Service provider industries, handling Software Development & Management, Quality Engineering and Quality Consulting. He also has extensive implementation experience of ISO 9001, SW-CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma and other quality frameworks. He has also handled international quality consulting assignments in Europe, Canada and South Africa.

Earlier , Manoj has worked with leading organization such as Larsen & Turbro, Patni Computer System , Zensar Technologies and Reliance Infocomm.

Manoj firmly believes that “Quality is a philosophy and culture that has to be “Built-in” and not “Bolted on”.
