Endorsor is a unique PKI based document management solution. Endorsor allows digital signing of documents through valid digital certificate and delivery of documents via different modes viz. E-Mail and FTP.
Endorsor 5.0 is an enhanced windows desktop-based application with client-server architecture, which facilitates to process documents with volume greater than hundred thousand. The multithreading processes allows user to perform simultaneous processes through one client window.

| Digital Signing of Documents |
| Endorsor offers digitally signing of documents using MD5 RSA signing algorithm with 1024-bits RSA public key. The signature for the document is created using private key of the certificate and the user can verify the original file and signature file. |
Bulk Emailing of Documents |
Endorsor is designed to dispatch signed documents to the configured beneficiary in bulk. With the dispatch of documents, it also maintains the status for dispatched and un-delivered documents.At one click a document is being sent to multiple clients. |
Reports |
MIS reports are available to view the details of imported/signed/dispatched/bounced documents. Using Maintain module unwanted documents can be deleted. |

Multi-channel delivery of Documents
It allows documents to be delivery through E-Mail, FTP and Portal access.

It stores documents on File System instead of database. This ensures that there is minimal performance degradation on account of increase in data size over a length of time. And it also improves the ease of the document maintenance.

It allows multi-user access to the application to perform same task at a time. As well as it also allows multiprocessing to perform different tasks by the same user e.g., one user can do signing and e-mailing at the same time and from same window.
